Digital strategy – findings and methods for interministerial cooperation

“100 percent of participants see the interministerial working group as a space of trust where they can discuss problems and challenges with other coordination officers” – we were delighted with the results of the survey of the interministerial working group (imAG) moderated by DigitalService as part of the digital strategy. After nine months of collaboration, during which we organized ten working group meetings, we are handing over the moderation of the group to the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV). In this blog, we look back and share the methods we used to overcome existing obstacles to collaboration – and explain why the learning and trust space must now be followed by an action space.
