The past few weeks of the election campaign have made me think again and again: How can we succeed in making the digitalization of Germany and the urgently needed reforms in the state a real political priority? How can we create a positive radicalism that is committed to the common good?

Founding a company was not really an option for the trained lawyer – until she gained her own experience with a lateral entry into the public sector.
