Organizational development with agile coaching

“The only constant in the universe is change,” wrote the Greek philosopher Heraclitus. In order to deal successfully with change, it is necessary to constantly rethink and react to new circumstances. We at DigitalService are familiar with this from our work in the two fellowships Tech4Germany and Work4Germany, but also from the development of digital solutions and concepts, which we develop in an iterative and agile manner based on the needs of the users. The overarching goal is to continuously improve our work results. This also means that we are constantly developing as a team. This is the only way we can respond to constantly changing requirements. But how are the people involved actually doing? How can we empower colleagues, teams and our entire organization to continuously work on themselves, solve difficulties more independently and grow in the process? In theory, an agile coach can help with this.
