Anja Rojan

is an engineer, innovator and impulse driver. Before she was a Tech4Germany product fellow in the sustainability measurement team in funding programs at the German Federal Foreign Office, she developed sustainable and digital business models as a venture developer at the Audi think tank and was a founder of a start-up for physical and mental well-being. When she's not spending time with her dachshund puppy and girlfriend in her spare time, she's passionate about positive psychology, female empowerment and sustainability.

Thomas Miebach

is a UX/UI Designer with special expertise in inclusive design. He was born deaf in a deaf family. German sign language is his native language. He studied interface design at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and has been working freelance since then, mainly in the field of digital media design and UX/UI design. In March 2023, he will start a new job as a UX Consultant at Deutsche Bahn. He is also increasingly interested in future topics such as digitalization, innovation, transformation or new work.

Michaela Putzer

is Project Coordinator at Tech4Germany and, as in her previous position at openmind, all-rounder responsible for operational planning and the overview of overall processes and workflows. Due to her backround in event management, she still has the smallest detail in mind. Michaela belongs to the 1% of the world's population that have two different eye colors.
