How we work with federal and state governments to digital­ize the application for assis­tance with legal counsel

How can a legal application be made understandable, intuitive and digital for everyone? This is what we are working on in the “Digital Legal Application Office” project. An interim summary: since summer 2023, more than 7,000 preliminary checks for the application for legal aid have been carried out online – an important milestone. In the update in this blog post, we explain how we are approaching the goal of fully digitalizing the application via the preliminary check.
