Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Mission

You build it, you run it, you own it - as a Senior Software Engineer, you are responsible for the development and operation of software in one of our projects.   • Work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary project team where you not only develop and build software but also actively operate it.
  • Define milestones for each iteration in close collaboration with the team and take responsibility for achieving them.
  • The focus is on writing high-quality code, using technologies such as Java, Spring, Typescript/Javascript, or React/Vue, depending on the project.
  • Ensure the quality of your code by emphasizing design patterns, (automated) tests, scalability, maintainability, data security, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure that the software meets all security and privacy requirements.

Your Profile

  • You bring comprehensive experience in software development and operating complex systems.
  • You feel comfortable in both backend and frontend development and master technologies such as Java, Spring, Typescript/Javascript, React/Vue, and are eager to continuously learn.
  • You have gained initial experience in mentoring or coaching and aspire to take on disciplinary leadership responsibilities. You are comfortable with Infrastructure as Code.
  • You prefer working in agile teams and value constructive discussions and regular feedback.
  • You are results-oriented and bring a strong intrinsic motivation to improve digital aspects of administration.
  • In communication, both in German and English, you are at least at a B2 level and feel comfortable speaking both languages.
