A digital ministry as a role model for modern administration

The bundling of digital topics in an independent Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernization offers new opportunities for the implementation of central digital projects and the modernization of our administration. The most important basis for fully exploiting these potentials is not only to establish a central, impact-oriented management and control body for digitalization and modernization projects, but also to test a new, agile organizational structure and process organization. In this way, a model can be created for the modernization of administration at federal level.
