A digital ministry as a role model for modern administration
The bundling of digital topics in an independent Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernization offers new opportunities for the implementation of central digital projects and the modernization of our administration. The most important basis for fully exploiting these potentials is not only to establish a central, impact-oriented management and control body for digitalization and modernization projects, but also to test a new, agile organizational structure and process organization. In this way, a model can be created for the modernization of administration at federal level.
Christian Müller
is Head of Transformation at DigitalService. He was previously Program Lead at Work4Germany. Christian himself was part of the program as a Fellow and later Agile Coach at the Ministry of Finance. He is a specialist in self-organized work and strong team culture with particular expertise in the context of digital administration. To clear his head, he works on his backhand on the tennis court or explores Berlin districts and the surrounding area on his bike with music in his ear.
Anne Ludwig
is a Senior Transformation Manager at DigitalService. She is passionate about bringing people together and combining diverse perspectives to positively shape digital transformation. Her experience in the federal administration and her background in the humanities and social sciences help her understand complex interrelationships and develop solutions collaboratively. In her free time, she listens to podcasts, runs, and reads graphic novels.
