Our salary system
Purpose is at the heart of our work: together we work for a digital Germany. At the same time, we know that work must be fairly rewarded – compensation is an important topic for us.
But what salaries does a GmbH of the Federal Government pay – and how are they determined? At DigitalService we introduced a new compensation system in mid-2024 that unites attractiveness, efficiency, comparability, fairness, and reliability.
