Practical Mobility Data Act: A Work4Germany experience report

Projects such as Digitalcheck show how new methods and interdisciplinary work in legislative processes create the conditions for greater benefits from digitalization. But how can an expert in user-centered and agile ways of working actually help with the creation of a digital law? We asked Audrey Liehn, who has dedicated herself to precisely this task as part of Work4Germany 2023: As a Fellow at the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV), she worked specifically on making the draft Mobility Data Act practicable for stakeholders. She provides insights from her six-month fellowship in this guest post on our blog.

Audrey Liehn

was a Fellow at Work4Germany in 2023. As Service Design Lead, she has developed numerous service ideas, digitalized processes in the energy sector, and empowered teams with modern ways of working over the past 13 years.
