Professionalizing user research: our path in DigitalService

For citizens and companies, the administration is a central point of contact with the state. Digital services often serve as intermediaries. If contact with the digital service is positive, it can increase trust in the state's performance. The most important success factor here is the systematic involvement of users in the development process.
