How we measure the impact of our online justice services

The goal of our project with the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection (BMJV) is to give citizens better access to justice while also reducing the burden on the judicial system. To this end, we have been developing user-centered online judicial services since 2022 and making them available on the website service.justiz.de. But how will we know when we have truly achieved these goals? How can we measure the impact of digitalization initiatives?

As a psychologist, his mission is to gain valid insights and integrate them pragmatically into product development. Previously, he was responsible for setting up user research departments in various industries (health insurance, finance, e-commerce) – often in the role of the first researcher. Joshua finds balance by playing the piano or gardening.
