Language as a bridge to justice: We are developing the guide to account garnishment

People with debts often find themselves in stressful situations and are unaware of their rights. As part of the “Digital Legal Application Center” project, we have developed a new online service for people in this situation.

has been working as a senior content designer at DigitalService since April 2024. He wants to make difficult topics easier to understand. To do this, he uses language as a tool. He plans how content is structured and formulated. He translates technical language into simple language. In doing so, he pays attention to what users need. The goal is to make administrative products easy to understand and use.
