Why we need to be experts ourselves in order to digitalize forms

In the “Digital Legal Petition Office” project, we support citizens by providing easy-to-understand information and forms for various legal services. After all, when forms are easier to understand, they are also easier to fill out. This simplifies processing and reduces the workload for court employees.

As a psychologist, his mission is to gain valid insights and integrate them pragmatically into product development. Previously, he was responsible for setting up user research departments in various industries (health insurance, finance, e-commerce) – often in the role of the first researcher. Joshua finds balance by playing the piano or gardening.
