How Work4Germany contributes to a new digital culture in the federal administration
Work4Germany brings together experts in transformation and new work from the private sector with employees from the federal administration. The aim of the fellowship is not to get stuck advising on new work methods for challenges and projects – but to enable administrative staff to use new methods to design efficient, effective and satisfactory processes and working methods in the long term. After all, creating effective digital applications for the state in the face of ever faster and more complex social changes and ever fewer human resources requires more than just technological knowledge. It also requires a digital culture that enables the federal administration and its employees to create applications sustainably and in a user-oriented manner using their own resources.
