New website: Examples of digitally compatible regulations

“There is a lack of examples!” was the response from 52 of the 114 administrative employees we asked about their work with the digital check. We want to change that. Examples are now available on a new website: on beispiele.digitalcheck.bund.de we present legal texts that have implemented the principles of digital-compatible legislation well in the legal text. The examples provide employees in the administration with guidance and inspiration to make their legislative projects digital-friendly. In the blog post, we explain the structure of the website. We also explain which uniform data standards are suitable for digital legislation in order to make regulations more accessible for everyone and drastically increase data quality.
