No fellowship without fellows: application and recruitment process at Tech4Germany
Tech4Germany will take place for the 5th time in 2022 and, as every year, we have again been looking for 32 Fellows who would like to get involved in digitalization projects at federal level and contribute to a digital and citizen-centric state. But how do we find and select the most suitable fellows each year?
Michaela Putzer
has been helping to shape the fellowships at DigitalService since 2022. Her main focus is on finding the right partners in the administration and working with the team to further develop the program in terms of content and strategy. She loves to constantly learn new things – about complex administrative topics as well as change processes and human interaction. As a project manager, she always keeps an eye on the big picture and, at the same time, on the crucial details. In her private life, she likes to sort out her thoughts on long runs in nature.
