No fellowship without fellows: application and recruitment process at Tech4Germany
Tech4Germany will take place for the 5th time in 2022 and, as every year, we have again been looking for 32 Fellows who would like to get involved in digitalization projects at federal level and contribute to a digital and citizen-centric state. But how do we find and select the most suitable fellows each year?
Michaela Putzer
is Project Coordinator at Tech4Germany and, as in her previous position at openmind, all-rounder responsible for operational planning and the overview of overall processes and workflows. Due to her backround in event management, she still has the smallest detail in mind. Michaela belongs to the 1% of the world's population that have two different eye colors.
