For good online services: servicestandard.gov.de with expanded offerings

Developing and operating user-friendly online services: To this end, the service standard offers administrative staff and their IT service providers not only clear quality criteria, but also practical assistance.

The linchpin here is servicestandard.gov.de. The website has been live as a prototype since June and presents the complex requirements of DIN SPEC 66336, on which the service standard is based, in a comprehensible and applicable way.

Now, four months later, servicestandard.gov.de has already reached a new stage and offers significantly expanded content and functions. The fact that we were able to achieve this in such a short time is also due to the intensive cooperation with experts from a wide range of fields – in line with criterion 5 of the service standard: Reuse what already exists and create something new together.
