Ten learnings from three years of Tech4Germany

In 2018, we launched Tech4Germany within just four months and “just did it” in the first year due to the lack of time. A review of the last three years can be found here. Over the years, we have repeatedly reflected on the program, the content and our work and adapted it in line with feedback. I have summarized our most important findings to date, which have led to changes in the program, in ten points.

Sonja Anton

is one of the co-founders of DigitalService and most recently supported the team as Chief of Staff. Before she previously led the Tech4Germany fellowship program, in which she participated in 2018, she advised the public sector at Capgemini. In the office, Sonja preferred to walk around barefoot and liked to write such articles over a glass of Aperol Spritz. The next challenge she is pursuing is earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in California.
