Learning to fly with Work4Germany: a look at the Fellowship 2024

Change requires people who question the status quo and bring new impetus into the system with (constructive) irritation. The motto of our Work4Germany Fellowship last year was therefore “Disrupt to stay”. What has the 2024 cohort achieved? How much was disrupted and how much remained? We asked three project partners and three fellows directly. In the short interviews conducted by our colleague Anne-Marie, a wide range of successes emerged: from gaining confidence and methodological competence to awareness of entrenched structures. The interviewees also report in the blog post on the blockers they encountered during the six-month fellowship and the impact Work4Germany had beyond this period.
